We offer the convenience of having your Ragdoll kitten delivered to the airport of your choice through our flight nanny services. Your kitten will be in the cabin with the flight nanny the entire time, so they’ll have food, water, bathroom breaks and human interaction throughout their entire journey. This means your kitten will travel comfortably and safely to their new home.

When you coordinate your pick up date and time, you’ll work directly with the flight nanny. Please note the fee for the flight nanny’s services is usually $500.00 - $600.00 and covers the kitten’s flight, the nanny’s travel from their home airport to our airport to pick up the kitten, to your chosen airport to meet you and back home. This fee reflects the nanny’s time and effort to ensure your kitten’s safe and comfortable travel, including layovers and care throughout the journey. The flight nanny will make sure your kitten arrives safely to you.

Due to high demand for flight nannies services, we require you to schedule your kitten’s delivery date in advance. Your kitten must meet certain criteria before they can go home with you. They must be at least 12 weeks old, 3 pounds, pass a full veterinary exam and be spayed or neutered. We will schedule your pickup date a little after these requirements are met so they are fully prepared and we don’t have to reschedule. This way they are healthy, ready to go to their new home and it’s a smooth and hassle free experience for you and your new kitten. Please be flexible when scheduling the delivery date and time as our flight nannies have busy schedules and flights can be cancelled or delayed. They will do their best to accommodate your schedule so your kitten arrives safe and on time.

Your kitten's balance must be paid in full when your kitten reaches 10 weeks of age or two weeks before they leave our care, whichever comes first. You can make your payment via Zelle or with a Certified Bank Check (not a personal check) mailed to us with tracking, UPS or FEDEX is recommended. The balance due will be the selling price of your kitten minus the deposit you've already paid. Any delivery fees for the flight nanny must be paid directly to them.

Ground transport may be an option depending on your location and if the transporter we trust is available. Your kitten will be accompanied by one person exclusively throughout the journey. Please note availability for this option may vary depending on the driver’s schedule. Transport cost will depend on your location, you can contact us directly to get a delivery cost quote. Your kittens balance will be due at 10 weeks of age or 2 weeks prior to them leaving which ever comes first. You will pay the delivery fee directly to the transporter.

Once your kitten reaches 12 weeks of age, weighs at least 3 pounds, passes a comprehensive veterinary exam, and is spayed or neutered, we will schedule a pickup date that is convenient for both of us. This ensures that your kitten is healthy, fully prepared, and ready to join your family when they come home with you.

Your kitten's balance will be due in person on the day you bring your new kitten home with you. Only cash will be accepted on the day of pickup, please have the exact amount in an envelope with your kittens name on the envelope.

Flying in to pick up your kitten

If you're driving distance is too far but you would still like to pick up your kitten in person, we have the option to meet you at the Baton Rouge Airport. We'll coordinate a time to meet you during your layover. To ensure your kitten's comfort while traveling, we'll send them off with a travel bag stocked with essentials for the journey. Please remember to bring an airline-certified carrier for your trip.

Once your kitten reaches 12 weeks of age, weighs at least 3 pounds, passes a comprehensive veterinary exam, and is spayed or neutered, we will schedule a pickup date. Kittens that are spayed will need to stay with us for an additional week after their spay surgery to be sure that their incision heals properly and to have their stitches removed. Kittens that are neutered can go home the same week after their procedure, they will not have sutures. Please do not schedule any flights without speaking to us first!
